Wunderbaum (formerly Jonghollandia) is a Flemish-Dutch acting collective with as its permanent core Walter Bart, Matijs Jansen, Marleen Scholten, Maartje Remmers and Wine Dierickx and designer Maarten van Otterdijk. Wunderbaum makes performances on current themes, mostly on location but also in theatres. Often, Wunderbaum investigates a subculture from today's society: the actors play a welfare family (Eindhoven de gekste, 2003), would-be religious people (Kamp Jezus, 2008), romantics with a strong urge for self-sacrifice (Magna Plaza, 2007), British football fans on a booze holiday in Odessa (Beertourist, 2018).
